This sounds nuts but I had my last meal out for sometime I imagine. BBQ, garlic bread, and salas.
I am going to start my fast tomorrow. With the Isagenix diet you fast for two days. You do get a liquid supplement (Cleanse for Life) you drink 4 times during the day and one or two shots of this vitamen supplement (Isonix Supreme) and the Natural Accelerator pill you take 1 to 2 times per day.
I will fast for two days, then do a shake for 2 meals with a 600 calorie meal for one meal for 5 days, and then fast again for two days. This will be the first 9 days of my diet. I am hoping to lose half of my 20 lbs in the next 9 days.
